Chevrolet Hockey Canada – Free Bauer Hockey Helmet for 5 Year Olds

Deal Expires: February 28, 2013

Thanks Mother of a Deal subscriber Terryl for passing on this great deal. If your 5 year old (born in 2007) is registered in a Hockey Canada affiliated hockey program this fall, they will be eligible to receive a FREE Bauer hockey helmet courtesy of Chevrolet. For full details and how to pre-register, head to Chevrolet Hockey and sign up for their Hockey Helmet program. According to the website “parents will be able to pick up a certificate for a new Bauer hockey helmet from their Chevrolet dealer and then can exchange it for a helmet at the designated Forzani retail outlet in their local area, including; Sport Chek, Hockey Experts, Sport Mart, InterSport and Sports Experts”. We participated in this program last year, what an amazing savings and fabulous promotion!

     Hi Barb

Thanks for getting in touch. The free hockey helmet is available if your child is registered in a Hockey Canada affiliated hockey program, so I’m not sure if your daughter woudl qualify if she’s just learning to skate. Sorry about that! Now that’s the Chevrolet promotion is over, I’ll keep my eye out for sports-related deals or sales at Canadian Tire, so hopefully you can find one at a reduced price. At my son’s rink, the skate rental shop lets you use their helmets for free – do you have anything like that at your rink?

    Best regards,
